"BLISS"- Boating Lifestyle Introductory Seminar Series New! - $450 per couple

BLISS Training is specifically designed for non-boaters! It does away with the pressures of buying a boat before trying a boat! It offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of boat buying in a 4-hour classroom setting and afterwards attendees will go on-the-water, on a boat with a USCG licensed professional Captain for 4 hours of hands-on learning, piloting, crewing, docking, anchoring. We'll even buy lunch as you experience a “dock & dine” at a local restaurant! The curriculum includes interactive, email & online instruction including over 50 website links, attachments, forms and a complete presentation. First Mate & Crew Training - $265

3 hour "on-water" instruction covering tasks usually assigned to the first mate or crew. We focus on knot tying, line handling, using a boathook, fenders, crew positioning, lookouts, navigation and radio operation. Discussion of emergency scenarios and the importance of communication between Captain and crew.

Prerequisite: A skilled, competent boat operator must attend training session to run the boat and work the helm.

Trailer Boat Training (TBT) - $309

3 hour "on-water" instruction covering trailering, launching, retrieving, docking, high speed running, stability and fishing safety. Information package, discount card and certificate included.

BareBones Training - $265

3 hour "on-water" instruction and safety checks. No handbook, information packet or certificate. Designed for move-up and seasoned boaters to improve on a few specific areas.

Refresher Training - $265

3 hour "on-water" specific review of boat docking, safety and navigation. Prerequisite: Completion of prior Boatboy training course.
